2026 Results
Students and staff at Bristol Cathedral Choir School have celebrated fantastic A-level results, reflecting years of hard work, determination and ambition. Nearly a third of all grades awarded to students at the school were A or A* and over three quarters of grades were a C or higher. A huge number of our students have been offered their first choice university place – including six to Oxbridge and eight to take medicine, dentistry or veterinary courses. Students are embarking on a wide variety of pathways which will open up amazing opportunities for them.
Staff at the school are incredibly proud of our Year 13 leavers. Our A-level success reflects the dedication of teachers, support staff, and families who have worked together to provide a challenging and nurturing environment for students to thrive.
We would like to congratulate all our students on their achievements and look forward to hearing about their future successes!

Year 11 students at Bristol Cathedral Choir School celebrated a great set of GCSE results. One in four students achieved an average grade of 7 or higher across their GCSEs and 13 achieved an average grade of 8 or higher. Almost three quarters of students passed English and Maths with almost 57% achieving a Grade 5 in both.
We are delighted at what our Year 11s have achieved – it reflects the hard work of staff and students towards the learning of a rigorous, academic curriculum. We wish students all the best in their next step of their education.
